When making apple pie, due to the lack of busy hands, it was carelessly scorched in the butter syrup. In order to remedy the problem, the pie skin was covered in the pot and sent directly into the oven. The apple pie has become the restaurant's signature dessert. After being widely circulated, pears, pineapples and even tomatoes, onions and other vegetable versions have been developed.
